D of E support for HED TKD members reminder

Dear members.

Please note if you want our written support you must get our pre-approval in writing from us about your D of E attempt BEFORE YOU START the D of E category/Section that you are asking us to help you with.

D of E activity is your responsibility not ours and YOU must manage your efforts to succeed.

You must obtain Prior Written agreement from us for HED TKD to support your particular D of E activity (BEFORE you start it):

You must contact us & ask us in writing BEFORE you'd plan to start your D of E activity training, to formally request our support and in your e-mail or letter please provide all items A to H below:-

A)  Your Name

B)  Your HED TKD TaeKwon-Do Club,

C)  D of E Category that you'd like us to help you with (eg: Skills or phsical),

D)  Level of D of E (eg: bronze or Silver),

E)   Date you plan to start ,

F)   Time period for your planned D of E activity (eg: 3, 6, 18 months as applicable).

G)  Statement of your GOAL (this Goal must be set by you & be clearly defined and achievable. (it cannot be changed later)

H)  SESSION ATTENDANCE SIGN OFF sheet:  You must prepare your own  " Sample Session Attendance Sign Off sheet " . As you go along, you will be asking your instructors to sign this after each applicable HED TKD session. Include Your details (A to G), at the top & send us a .pdf or .jpg of your sheet now for our pre-approval. Sample Session Attendance Sign Off sheet

Sorry, but we cannot support or sign any Assessment for your D of E unless you do these things & you obtain our written agreement BEFORE you plan to start.

We try to support as many sections/categoriesof D of E as we can but cannot support all of them so you must definatley get our advance written approval.

Sorry, but respectfully we do not give or sign or create retrospective reports/signatures where you have not obtained our prior written confirmed pre-approval to you in writing to you that we will be your Assessors.

Similarly we will not retrospectively sign off &/or provide and Assessors report unless we pre-approved your session by session Attendance sign off sheet and as you have gone along. This is how we make sure that you take ownership of your own D of E journey and it similarly shows your active attendance & effort at each & every applicable session throughout the time you are working on that particular section of D of Ewith us towards your goal.

It is of course rare that our Sessions won't be taylored in some way to help you reach your agreed D of E goal but please note that ofcourse Instructors will only sign your weekly session attendance sheet if your training effort applies & contributes to your D of E activity/progress on that day. (eg: if your goal is some kind of fitness but you only watched others do fitness training or you didn't attend or make any actual effort for improving your fitness on that particular day, then ofcourse the instructor would not sign your  D of E attendance sign off sheet for you for that day).

Assuming you comply with the above and reach your stated goal by make appropriate progress/effort to achieve it in the time, then you can check with your instructor to confirm that you have been successful and we can then be asked by e-mail, to go online for you into the D of E system as your Assessor and we can provide your online D of E report foryou.

We have long supported our member (students) as Assessors for students of Tae Kwon-Do pursuing their D of E.

Thankyou

========
