Anyone who is grading later this week may wear other than white suits to training today Monday 22nd/June and tuesday 23rd June due to the hot weather and the need to have a white suit ready for the grading.
We are just trying to help.
Please can everyone remember to stay hydrated. We assure you sessions will be tempered to help everyone stay well in this hot weather and you should chat to your instrutors if you feel any issues/ill effects so they know to help you rest/hydrate etc.
